Your reservation is completely secure. All personal data is encrypted and processed securely. The Vatel Hotel takes your data privacy very seriously. Your personal data will only be used to process your reservation.
A credit or debit card number is required to confirm your reservation. There is no fee to make a reservation on hotelvatel.fr(or by phone), and we will not debit your card except for specific periods or pricing (contact us for more information). Payment will be taken at the time of check-out. The hotel reserves the right to place a pre-authorization hold on your card before your scheduled arrival date. Upon arrival, you will be asked for the physical card, which must necessarily be in the name of one of the people staying at the hotel.
All room prices include the room, VAT (value-added tax) and tip. The tourist tax (€1.07 per person, per night) is not included.
Cancellation:
• If you cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date, the card number you provided will not be charged.
• If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours in advance or if you are a no-show, the card number you provided will be charged for the first night.

In the event of a dispute, after notifying reception at the Vatel Hotel Bordeaux, and in the absence of a satisfactory response within one month, you may submit the matter to the mediator Jean-Pierre Teyssier at Médiation Tourisme et Voyage (MTV), whose contact information and methods of submission are available on the websitehttp://www.mtv.travel.
